Last week I tried yet another paneer dish from Nita Mehta’s book. I pretty much followed the recipe but instead of making a coriander paste, I used my left-over coriander chutney. This recipe is very easy to make especially if you already have chutney and can be cooked in few minutes. The dish came out spicy and quite delicious. Paneer being a good source of protein, I always look for different ways to cook dishes with it.
