Navratan-korma

Yesterday, I was in an indulging mood and cooked my favorite dish, Navratan Korma. It is quite simple to make and yet very delicious; serves best with pooris.

All you have to do is saute onions and tomatoes (optionally add some tomato sauce); add salt and your favorite Indian spices (I prefer kitchen king masala) ; Mix in all the veggies (potatoes, corn, peas, cauliflower, carrots, paneer and cashews). Pour in heavy whipping cream and cook till the veggies are tender and the gravy gets thick. Garnish with coriander in the end.
