Tasty Poha!


There is an ice storm in Dallas and we are all stuck at home. This is the time to enjoy little things in life. I usually don’t make hot breakfast on weekdays but now I am. Made my favorite poha today, its light and its delicious.

You can follow any recipe, however the trick is to use thick poha and sprinkle some lemon juice when you are soaking it with water. The lemon juice brings out a zesty flavor to this dish.
